The Anglesey Oyster and Welsh Produce Festival Demonstration Kitchen is located on the paddock.

Festival 'Anchor Chef', Melfyn Thomas will be with us again. Melfyn ensures the smooth running of the demonstration kitchen as well as always being able to amaze us with new dishes each year in his cooking demonstrations. Melfyn is always the first to hear about new food products as he works  closely with the producers. Melfyn also has an amazing memory....... Which comes in very handy when he's preparing the entries for the 'Sausage Competition'!!

The homely food marquee  has a fully equipped demonstration kitchen  area where visitors can sit and watch   activities in the kitchen including cooking demos and talks from producers. As a reward for listening, tasters are usually   offered to the audience.

Many great recipe ideas and cooking tips can be had.
